HASE HOUSE studios and library are currently under renovation.
Once the renovations are complete, the studios and reference library will be open to the public from Tuesday to Friday, noon to 5pm.
STUDIOS
ART STUDIO: 500sq ft converted rice farm warehouse, equipped with studio lighting, easels, work tables, and tools.
OFFICE SPACE: public or private spaces throughout the buildings, with drawing / writing desks, wifi, computers, tablet.
MUSIC STUDIO: small soundproof room in the main house with a selection of lofi and hifi studio recording equipment and musical instruments.
LIBRARY
A Library in the main house will hold a variety of books, including:
Art books, fiction, biographies, graphic novels, comics, and manga, in both English and Japanese, with Canadian artists and authors being the focus.
A small music collection mostly on vinyl records.
A small selection of new and used artist books for sale.
